5 4K77, 4K80 and 4K83
Posted by Patrick on Oct 3rd 2026
The Trinity is the best edit and polishing of the films I've ever seen. Not only the dreamed of theatrical rekease cuts, but no blue tinge to the whites as I've seen on the rest of the releases. I opted for the DNR due to having an OLED set. Non-DNR disc's I have just get flat out annoying in some cases. And the 5.1 had been wonderfully done!! So if you're looking at getting this set, please do, you'll love it!!!

5 Star Wars 4K
Posted by Jonathan Collins on Apr 20th 2026
From what I’ve seen, the video quality is incredible. It’s wonderful to see the original versions of these films after all these years. No extras or menus, but I have the dvds for the behind the scenes features.

5 Star Wars 4K77/4K80/4K83 on 4K UHD Blu-Ray
Posted by Paul on May 19th 2025
These are fantastic! I did have to buy a new Blu-Ray player to view them so be aware that they'll only play on a 4K UHD player. I bought these to watch with my 11 year old step-son so he could see them the way I originally saw them in the theater when they were released. They are beautiful, clean copies from the original 70mm film prints. If you don't like George's fiddling, get them--you won't be disappointed.

I'm glad I ordered this, it's better than I expected. The labelling is high quality, and the picture is a perfect copy of the 4K DNR despecialized versions. This was shipped very fast to me and arrived in perfect condition. I'm happy to now own a 4K set of the original versions.
