Q: How can I view the status of my order?

Create an Account when placing your order or Sign-In if you are already a member.

When you have an account with us and you'll be able to:

  • And have access to "Member Only" items!

 

Q: How do you ship your items and can I track the shipment?
A: Items shipped within the USA are shipped via USPS and come with FREE tracking service! Your order can be tracked at USPS.com with the delivery confirmation number provided to you when your item ships.
 
Q: Do you provide tracking for international customers?
A: First Class International Packages do not have tracking services available at this time. But International Priority does have tracking service available in most countries.

 

Q: Are the products brand new?

A: Yes, your item will always be brand new, unused merchandise.

 

Q: What are the item shipped in and what type of environment do they come from?

A: Items are shipped in a weatherproof poly bag or cardboard box and come from a Pet and Smoke FREE Environment!!
