Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A:
Create an Account before or when placing your order or Sign-In if you are already a member.

When you have an account with us and you'll be able to:

  • Check out faster
  • Save multiple shipping addresses
  • Access your order history
  • Track orders
  • Save items to your wish list
  • And have access to "Member Only" items!

  

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: We usually ship out once a week (Friday or Saturday). Most items (Hats and our Blu ray's) are ordered from our vendors and/or produced as they sell (i.e Manufactured on Demand or MOD). Therefore your order may take up to 10 Business Days* to ship. Please keep this in mind when ordering around the Holidays or for any Special Occasions (i.e. Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.). 

*Please note: Business Days are M-F and do not include any USA National Holiday. Also please note: Upgrading shipping service to Priority DOES NOT speed up the production process, just the shipping time once it ships.

 

Q: How do you ship your items and can I track the shipment?
A: Items shipped are shipped via USPS and come with tracking. Your order can be tracked at USPS.com with the delivery confirmation number provided to you when your item ships.

 

Q: Are the products brand new?

A: Yes, your item will always be brand new, unused merchandise.

 

Q: What are the item shipped in and what type of environment do they come from?

A: Items are shipped in either a weatherproof poly bag, padded envelope or cardboard box and come from a Pet and Smoke FREE Environment!!
